Flux BeamCheck™ is a low-cost preventative inspection and cleaning service designed specifically for owners of Flux CO₂ laser systems. Delivered by Thinklaser’s expert engineers, it ensures your Beamo, Beambox, Beambox Pro or Hexa is operating safely, efficiently, and within expected performance parameters. What’s Included in a Flux BeamCheck™:Visual inspection of machine structure, wiring and safety interlocksCleaning and inspection of lens, mirrors and beam pathVerification of airflow and fume extraction (basic level)Measurement of laser power output at nozzle (where possible)Lubrication of linear bearings and movement components (if applicable)System test run and operator safety checksWritten report with advisories (if required) and next-step options What Happens If We Find a Problem?If we identify any issues during your Flux BeamCheck™:You’ll receive a written advisory report.You can choose to:Approve a repair quotation for immediate actionDecline and return your machine as-isSchedule the work at a later dateThere’s no obligation and no pressure — just professional advice to keep your machine running smoothly. How Much Will It Cost?:Flux BeamCheck™ Service: £95 VAT (Excludes collection/delivery if off-site, and excludes parts or repair work) On-Site Support (OSS)This option is based on our engineer visiting your premises and carrying out the Flux laser Maintenance / service / repair on-site.  Ideal if machine down time is critical. We would require a minimum 2 hour window for a typical Flux  Maintenance visit.
