Banana Care: As with all things, you will get the most from your Boot Bananas if you care for them. Dry out your bananas from time to time. If you have had a hard training session and they’ve absorbed a lot of foot sweat, hang them up to dry in the sun or near a radiator. Everyone sweats different amounts and so it varies from person to person, but it is recommended doing this approximately every 1-2 weeks. If forgetful, have two pairs in rotation, so one is always hanging up to dry! Try not to get your bananas too cold – if the contents becomes a bit compact as a result, follow the drying instructions above and give the bananas a quick squeeze. Over time your bananas will turn brown (like a banana going off!) which indicates how much life is left in the bananas – it should become obvious by the colour when they will need replacing
